  • “Follow up” calls are calls made to the clients that have shown an interest in the offered product/service, normally they have received a commercial offer and we are calling them to discuss it after 3-4 days. Usually business meetings are organized or sales are made during the follow up calls.

Additional bonuses for achieved results (it’s intended for the sales manager to strive to achieve the best results):

25 € for organized business meeting

15 € for organized conversation with the client who has shown an interest to buy the service/product. These calls are normally when the client wants to discuss contract details or technical details to close the deal

3-15% for the completed sale (the accurate amount is decided individually, depending on the product/service we represent, price and its need in the market)
