Once you decide which service is most relevant to you – taking into account your business specifics and available resources – the first step is sending you the service agreement and a questionnaire.

The questionnaire is then completed with detailed information about your business, company, target clients, and other relevant aspects.

Based on the information provided in the questionnaire, the additional presentation materials, and our discussions or meetings, we prepare a call script and send it to you for approval or revisions.

Once approved, we begin collecting contacts and training our team.

After that, we start the cold calling process.

The preparation phase typically takes around one week.

One of our key differentiators is that we collect contacts manually.

You might say this is inefficient. There is some truth to that — if you look only at the time required to generate a contact list. However, this perspective is misleading when considering the entire workflow.

We manually collect contacts based on the target client criteria and filters you provide. This allows us to immediately identify companies that are not truly part of your target audience (even if their category or activity code suggests otherwise), as well as companies experiencing financial difficulties or undergoing liquidation.

Additionally, we proactively search for the relevant decision-maker’s contact details — whether on the company’s website or through publicly available business registries.

You can monitor all ongoing work at any time convenient for you — including in real time.

We typically work within Google Drive or directly in your CRM system, allowing you to access and review all information instantly.

After each call, we add detailed notes outlining what was discussed with the client and update the client’s status accordingly. This is especially relevant if you order telemarketing services and your team takes over the follow-up process with “warmed-up” leads. In such cases, you can immediately filter and identify qualified, ready-to-engage prospects.

Although you can monitor all ongoing work in real time, once the ordered package has been completed (typically within one month, or sooner depending on the agreed timeframe), we provide you with a separate campaign performance report.

The report includes a detailed breakdown of results: how many clients were classified as “Hot” (ready to purchase, book a meeting, or move forward immediately), how many were interested, how many were not interested, and how many did not respond.

Contact = one company

A contact and call are counted once we receive a clear and specific response.

If a client does not answer, we call again the following day. Only after at least three unsuccessful attempts do we count it as one contact.

If a client is unable to speak at the time of the call and asks to be contacted later, the contact is counted only after the follow-up call and once we receive a response.

If the person answering the call states they are not responsible and provides the contact details of the decision-maker, we call the responsible person. The contact is counted only after receiving a response from the decision-maker.

All service prices are listed excluding VAT.

“Follow-up” calls are repeat calls made to companies that have shown interest in the offered service or product. In most cases, a proposal has already been sent via email, and the follow-up call is made after 3–4 days to discuss the offer. Business meetings are typically arranged, or sales are finalized, during these follow-up calls.

Bonus System

(Valid only for Business Meeting Scheduling / Phone Sales services)

€18 per arranged and completed meeting

or

€10 per arranged phone call with a purchasing client (when the client wishes to discuss contract terms or technical details — the purpose of the call is to close the deal or finalize a meeting)

or

5–15% commission on completed sales (depending on the value of the represented products/services)

The bonus is applied using only one of the above methods — either €18 per meeting, €10 per arranged phone call, or 5–15% commission on completed sales.

If working with a client-provided database (in this case, we are not responsible for the authenticity or validity of the contacts), a discount of €50 to €100 is applied (-€0.10 per contact).

If additional services are required, pricing for extra work is calculated individually.

Examples of additional services: contract drafting/sending, proposal preparation (PDF format or similar), or other services not included in the selected service packages.
